Five meals are provided with your State fees, for both Contestant and 1 Chaperone. Details for each meal event are provided below:
April 29, 2011 - 10:30 AM - Pre-Pageant Pizza Party (not mandatory)
This is an opportunity for those that will be competing in Friday's optional competitions or contestants who arrive early to grab a slice and meet each other before the festivities begin!
April 29, 2011 - 6:00 PM - Hollywood Welcome Banquet (mandatory)
The first Official party of the pageant! Clothing style is up to you, but keep in mind that our Photo Awards will be given out at this party, and official photos will be taken! Goody bags will be provided for everyone with a Hollywood theme! Dinner and dessert will be served.
April 30, 2011 - 6:00 PM - Western Party (mandatory)
Put on your best Western outfit and join us for a buffet-style dinner of kid-friendly foods, complete with goody bags filled with lots of Cowgirl Goodies! Contestants will also be bringing goody bags to everyone in their age divison. These goody bags will also be handed out.
May 1, 2011 - 7:00 AM - Pajama Breakfast (mandatory)
Wear your PJ's and grab some food. This will be a Continental-style breakfast available to you for two hours on the day of the Pageant Finals. You can come and go on your own, to make pageant preparation as easy as possible.
May 1, 2011 - 1:30 PM - International Girl Royal Reception (mandatory)
Finger foods and cake will be served at the Awards Ceremony Reception, where all awards will be presented (except Overall awards, which are given out at Pageant Finals just prior). Please wear your Party Dress, as official photos will be taken.
